MSN Messenger 7 is out...
...now lets get rid of that annoying advert at the bottom of the screen
To remove the banner add from the bottom of messenger you need to add a like to your "host" file. This lives in a deferent place depending on your version of windows.
Simply locate the host file and open it with notepad. then on a new line type in rad.msn.com
Save the host file and your done.

| Win 98\ME | = | C:\WINDOWS |

make sure you shut down on re-write or you are wide open for global DNS cache poisoning attacks, and you just gave me the way in ;)
